Evaluation of the TILLIT project: findings and lessons learned
During Autumn 2006 Ulf Hedestig and Torbjörn Nordström conducted an external review of a joint project, TILLIT, a collaboration between Umeå and Skellefteå municipality and Västerbottens Läns Landsting. The project title is a Swedish acronym; "Tillvaratagande av Individers Livssituation och Livskvalitet i Informationsutbyte och Teknik". In English this means something like: "Taking charge of the individual's life situation and life quality through information exchange and technology".
The project aim was to investigate and improve cooperation between municipality care and hospital care in situations where people move between the two providers of care. For that purpose the project developed an information system that was tested in several settings during the project. The seminar will report findings from our review of the project and the system. Some reflections on what lessons can be learned from our review will also be presented.
This seminar will be presented in English.
