Jan Ljungberg, Ph. D., Viktoria Institute and Göteborg University: Organizing genre

The speech will cover the usage of genre theory in analysis of organizational communication. Issues will include the relation between communication and organizing, how new medias of communication affect work and organization. Volvo's internal communication will be used as example, e.g. intranet, email etc.
