The Infosond Cookbook
Within the Infosond project, nine European cities have over the past three years tried to build systems for delivery of electronic services to the citizens.
"Tried" is something of the keyword, so as a result of the work, possibly the most tangible outcome of the project (and it's not only the author speaking here), a "cookbook" has been produced.
Drawing on numerous cases from the participating cities and elsewhere, the book tells the "story of the dozen crises", that is, the hurdles cities encounter on the way from the first home page to professional telematic service publishing.
The target audience is politicians and other decision makers in cities, and the hope is they will get a comprehensible preview of the kind of road they embark, which will help them navigate past the crises awaiting them.
Välkommna! Per-Olof Ågren
